My everyday role is different, and this makes it interesting and challenging for me. As a team leader, I work closely with the Director and other colleagues to roll out merchandise for the outlets as well as, on e-commerce platform. I also liaise with various suppliers to get the best deals. Seeing happy customers bringing our jewellery pieces home gives me a lot of job satisfaction.

Ideas are constantly running through my mind. Good or bad, they are sketched physically or created mentally if I’m on the move.

Interesting designs are realised with mockups or modelled with design software and 3D printed out. These physical prototypes are effective tools when I need to present them to colleagues, and to share with our craftsmen who will realise them into gold jewelry.

The gratification of turning a thought into reality drives me everyday to search for the next big idea!
